Cutting through the red tape of the federal government can be frustrating and confusing. My staff and I are able to act as intermediaries between you and a federal agency when you have a problem. This could be anything from not receiving your social security check, to expediting a passport request, to making service academy nominations. Caseworkers in my Chicago, Springfield and Rockford offices specialize in getting answers to your questions.

Through legislative initiatives and intervention with state and local agencies, I will work to see these regional agendas through to completion. The specifically targeted regions are as follows:
- Quad Cities
- Southern Illinois
- Metro East
